Once straightened, simply wetting the hair will return its original wave pattern. Be sure to use a parabin-free shampoo and shampoo with cool temperature water. Also for nightly use a 100% silk bonnet or wrap cap that will significantly prolong your style.

All orders are shipped out within a week after payment. Once the payment is processed. The order is shipped out. After this process all tracking numbers are then emailed to the buyer. All orders are mailed through USPS.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS. This is due to the nature of our business and demand for our product. Exchanges can be made within FIVE DAYS of receiving your product. If you are considering an exchange, rubberband CANNOT be removed from the bundle. If rubberbands are removed the exchange will not be completed. Chemical alterations made to the product will result in the exchange being cancelled. We do not exchange hair that's been combed, brushed, or cut.
