All of our hair is 100% virgin hair with all of the cuticles aligned in the same direction. This is critical to ensure no matting or tangling. Outer hair is very high quality because all of the hair is collected from one donor. Once straightened, simply wetting the hair will return its original wave pattern. Be sure to use a parabin-free shampoo and shampoo with cool temperature water. At night use of a 100% silk bonnet or wrap cap to significantly prolong your style.

All orders are shipped out within a week after payment. Once the payment is processed. The order is shipped out. After this process all tracking numbers are then emailed to the buyer. All orders are mailed through USPS.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are FINAL and there are NO REFUNDS. This is due to the nature of our business and demand for our product. Exchanges can be made within FIVE DAYS of receiving your product. If you are considering an exchange, rubberband CANNOT be removed from the bundle. If rubberbands are removed the exchange will not be completed. Chemical alterations made to the product will result in the exchange being cancelled. We do not exchange hair that's been combed, brushed, or cut.
